Master of Science in Civil Engineering, a graduate of the Szczecin University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Architecture. In 1999-2004, he was the director of investments and development in a nationwide development company and developed wind farm construction projects in Pomerania. Since 2003, President of the Management Board of PSW sp. z o. o. - a company that produces "green energy" obtained from wind turbines. Since 2014, the President of the Management Board of WPM Sp. z o. o.  Since 2004, President of the Management Board of MDI SA, then MDI ENERGIA SA. Since 2005, he has been a Management Board Member at PIGEOR - an organization representing companies operating on the renewable energy market (RES) in Poland.

Antoni Kubasiewicz has over eight years of experience in the energy sector, with a particular focus on renewable energy sources and the management of investment projects in international markets. He specializes in project portfolio management, oversight of investment budgets (DEVEX/CAPEX/OPEX), and strategic reporting. From 2022 to 2026, he was associated with CIP (Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners), one of the world’s largest infrastructure funds, managing assets worth over EUR 35 billion. Between 2023 and 2026, he worked at CIP Molecule Technologies in Madrid, where, as a Senior Associate, he was responsible for managing the PMO structure at portfolio level and overseeing project delivery in line with the organization’s strategic and financial objectives. He supported fund-level decision-making processes by preparing management reports and analyses. From 2022 to 2023, he worked as an Analyst at Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Co., where he was responsible for project reporting and market analyses for infrastructure portfolios in the Iberian market. Between 2018 and 2021, he was associated with MDI Energia, where he was responsible for developing a portfolio of photovoltaic projects in Poland and coordinating investment processes and the supply chain. He participated in the implementation of innovative technological solutions in cooperation with international partners, including under the MIT EF CEE program, as well as in the development of new services for institutional clients.

Master of Law, a graduate of the University of Warsaw at the Faculty of Law and Administration. Currently, he holds the position of Financial Director in MDI ENERGIA S.A. He has been associated with the company since August 2015, where, as Project Manager in MDI SA, he participated in the preparations for the company's stock exchange debut. From 02.2016, Head of the Reporting Department of MDI ENERGIA SA, and from 12.2018, Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department of MDI ENERGIA SA. From 2011 to 2016, he ran his own business dealing with the import of Italian wines. In the years 2004-2010 he worked for the Agora Group, from 04.2004 as the Head of the Credit Control and Debt Collection Department, then in December 2007 he became the Financial Controller of Magazines. He started his professional career in 2000 at Provident Polska SA, in February 2002 he was promoted to the position of Deputy Manager of the Debt Collection Department, and in October 2003 to the position of Debt Collection Manager.

Jarosław Wikaliński graduated from the Faculty of Domestic Trade of the Warsaw School of Economics and post-graduate Studies in Banking and Finance arranged by the Gdańsk Academy of Banking, University of Gdańsk and London Guildhall University. His professional career started in 1994 when he joined IDM PBI S.A. Since 1996 he worked for PBR S.A., being responsible for the Bank's direct investment and private placement projects. In 1998 he joined BRE Bank S.A., where, as a Chief Specialist at the Financial Investment Department, was responsible for the Bank's strategic projects on the capital market, as well as its equity investment and asset restructuring projects. Later he worked for PZU Życie S.A. and PZU Asset Management S.A. (2002–2006), initially as Deputy Director and then as Director of the Financial Investment Office of PZU Życie S.A., where he was responsible for one of the largest portfolios of public companies on the Polish equity market, and the largest portfolio of debt instruments in Poland, and since 2005, as Director of the Public Market Office at PZU Asset Management S.A., also for equity portfolios of PZU AM clients. Since 2007 he has held the position of President of the Management Board of IPOPEMA TFI S.A., and in the period 2011 - 2015 has served as President of the Management Board of IPOPEMA Asset Management S.A. concurrently. He was a member of the Supervisory Boards of the following listed companies: NFI Fortuna S.A., PEMUG S.A., Szeptel S.A., Drugi NFI S.A., Sterprojekt S.A., Unimil S.A., Armatura Kraków S.A. He currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MDI Energia S.A. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of Inovo Sp. z o.o.

Economist, who graduated in 1990 from the Warsaw School of Economics - Finance and Statistics, with a Master's degree and a specialization in Banking. He has many years of experience in the banking sector, with the beginnings in 1992-2002 at Citibank Poland S.A., where he worked as the Director of the Sales Department of Cash Management, and then at Bank BPH S.A. as the Managing Director of the Transaction Banking and Trade Finance Division. In 2004-2010, he was a member of the management board at Deutsche Bank Polska S.A., responsible for the development of transactional banking, IT and Operations. Between 2018 and 2023 he was responsible for relations with international strategic corporate clients at BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A., and in 2023–2025 he worked with corporate clients in the sales area at Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. He also has experience in the area of infrastructure. In 2012-2013, he advised the Management Board of PKP Informatyka sp. z o.o. (PKP Group) in matters of organization and recruitment in the sales department, and in 2013-2014 he was the President of the Management Board of Kolejowe Zakłady Łączności sp. z o.o. (PKP Group), managing the employees and budget of the production and service plant in Bydgoszcz. In the years 2014-2016 he was the President of the Management Board of TINES Investment Sp. z o. o. (TINES Capital Group), managing capital investments of the TINES Capital Group carried out abroad.

Jaroslaw Karasinski. Has over 30 years of experience in finance. Since 1996 he has taken part in advisory projects on the capital market in Poland. He carried out financial due diligence reviews and valuations for investors. He participated in M&A transactions, IPOs on the WSE, restructurings and privatizations. Since 2010 he has sat on the supervisory boards of companies listed on the WSE - currently a member of the supervisory boards of: MDI Energia S.A., AgioFunds TFI S.A., SentiOne S.A. and Onico S.A. in restructuring. He is a member of the Management Board of Robinzone sp. z o.o. and of Kvarko ASI S.A. He is a graduate of Wyższa Szkoła Morska – specialization in marine navigation, he also studied at the University of Gdańsk - specialization in transport economics, and completed postgraduate studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He was a member of the supervisory boards of Globe Trade Centre S.A (2013-2016), Armatura Kraków S.A (2012-2015), BOMI S.A. (2011-2012), Projprzem S.A. (2010-2016), JHM Development S.A. (2012-2016), BRIJU S.A (2016-2017). In the years 2002-2004 Financial Controller of the Brasco S.A. Mr. Grzegorz Kubica, graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Management and Marketing; holds a master's degree in economics, specializing in organization and management of enterprises, with the organization, management of enterprises and strategic projects, associated since 1996, initially at TESCO POLSKA Sp. z o. o. until 2002, then at MEBLO-EXPO partnership (currently Beskidzkie Fabryki Mebli Sp. z o.o.), from 2005 to 2007 associated with PKN ORLEN SA where, as a project manager, he was responsible for the preparation, coordination and implementation of strategic projects in the retail network. From 2007 to 2008, the president of the management board of BBI ZENERIS NFI SA (previously FOKSAL NFI SA) responsible for the preparation and implementation of the fund's development strategy. From 2008 to 2010, the vice-president of the management board of EGZO GROUP Sp. z o. o PR / IR agency responsible for the company's business segment in the field of investor relations services for the company's clients (including MIRBUD SA, PAGED SA, BIOTON SA, HARDEX SA, BBI DEVELOPMENT NFI SA, BBI CAPITAL NFI SA, ELZAB SA, EFH SA). Since 2010 a partner in Rubicon Partners S.A., which provides investment banking services for domestic and international clients, conducts transactions in mergers and acquisitions, and organizes financing of investment projects, both on the private and public market. Civil engineer with a Master of Science degree, graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering. He began his professional career in 1992 at Dromex, in the investment department. He then spent 10 years with the consulting firm Andersen, and in 2002 joined Ernst & Young (today EY), where until 2009 he was a partner and head of business advisory for the banking sector. From 2009 to 2014 he was executive director at Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (today Orange S.A.), responsible for the restructuring of the entire capital group. In 2016–2018 he worked at Work Service S.A. as adviser to the CEO, vice-president and CFO of the capital group, and head of the Polish operations. He subsequently served as Vice-President and CFO of MDI Energia S.A. He is a member of supervisory boards, a certified auditor, and a graduate of management courses at Cambridge, IMD Lausanne and the Kellogg School of Management in the USA.

Since 2025 Managing Director of the Corporate and Investment Banking Division at Erste Bank Polska, where he is responsible for the teams executing the largest and most complex investment banking transactions in Poland; the division he leads holds a leading position in debt issuance, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions advisory. In 2020–2025 he was Managing Director of the Financial Markets Area at Santander Bank Polska, and in 2013–2020 Managing Director of the Financial Services Department at the same bank. In 2008–2013 he served as Member of the Management Board and Managing Director of the Financial Markets Area at Royal Bank of Scotland Polska. In 2004–2008 he held managerial roles in derivatives at the London branch of ABN AMRO, and in 1998–2004 he was a Senior Dealer at ABN AMRO Bank Polska. He began his professional career in 1993–1995 as a dealer at ING Barings Polska.
