The Management Board of MDI Energia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby informs that on 29 June 2026, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company appointed the Supervisory Board for the next three-year term. The following persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board: Mr Jarosław Wikaliński, Mr Jarosław Karasiński, Mr Grzegorz Kubica and Mr Marcin Iwaszkiewicz held functions in the Company's Supervisory Board during the previous term. According to the submitted statements, the appointed members of the Supervisory Board do not engage in activities competing with the Company, are not partners in a competing civil law partnership or a partnership, nor are they members of a body of a competing capital company or any other competing legal person. They possess full legal capacity and have not been convicted by a final judgment for offences specified in the provisions of Chapters XXXIII–XXXVII of the Penal Code and in Art. 587 and Art. 590–591 of the Commercial Companies Code. They have not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the Act on the National Court Register. The Company provides the information regarding the appointed members of the Supervisory Board, as referred to in § 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information in the attachments to this report.
