List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of MDI Energia S.A. on 29 June 2026

The Management Board of MDI Energia Spółka Akcyjna (“Issuer”) hereby provides a list of shareholders participating in the Ordinary General Meeting of MDI Energia S.A. on 29 June 2026, who hold at least 5% of the number of votes at such meeting:

• IPOPEMA 12 FIZAN, managed by IPOPEMA TFI S.A., exercised voting rights from 30,181,613 shares, representing 99.99% of the number of votes at the General Meeting and 65.46% of the total number of votes.

One vote was assigned to each share. The number of shares and votes in the Company on the date of the convening of the AGM amounted to 46,108,506. The share capital represented at the Ordinary General Meeting amounted to PLN 105,635,680.50 (30,181,623 shares and the same number of votes), which constituted 65.46% of the share capital.
