The Management Board of MDI Energia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”) hereby announces that the Issuer has signed a Letter of Intent today with Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“GAZ-SYSTEM”).
The Letter of Intent defines the framework for mutual cooperation between MDI Energia S.A. and Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. regarding the agreement on the principles of potential cooperation in the field of supplying biomethane to the GAZ-SYSTEM network via road transport in the form of CNG, for the purpose of introducing it into the National Gas Transmission System through the IPPG (Gaseous Fuel Transfer Installation) points planned to be constructed by GAZ-SYSTEM.
Regarding the information on the signing of the Letter of Intent, the Issuer considered it confidential due to its significant importance to the Issuer.
