The Management Board of MDI Energia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that on 29 April 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolution No. 4/4/2026 on the appointment of Mr. Antoni Kubasiewicz to the Management Board of the Company, entrusting him with the function of Vice-President of the Management Board. The appointment is for the duration of the current, 3-year joint term of the Management Board, which commenced on 1 September 2025. The appointment is effective as of 1 May 2026.
