Letter from mBank S.A.
The Management Board of MDI Energia Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that the Company has received a letter from mBank S.A. (the “Bank”) expressing consent for the Company not to meet certain financial ratios (covenants) specified in the Agreements with the Bank as of 31 December 2025.
