Resignation of a Member of the Management Board of MDI Energia S.A.
The Management Board of MDI Energia Spółka Akcyjna (“Issuer”) informs that on 27 February 2026, Mr. Piotr Gajek submitted his resignation from the position of Vice President of the Company's Management Board, effective as of 27 February 2026. The reason for the resignation was not provided.

§ 5 item 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
