Deadlines for submitting periodic reports in 2026
The Management Board of MDI Energia Spółka Akcyjna (the “Issuer”) hereby announces the deadlines for submitting periodic reports in 2026:
- annual separate report for 2025 – 24 April 2026,
- quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – 29 May 2026,
- semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 – 18 September 2026,
- quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – 20 November 2026.
In accordance with § 83 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information, the Issuer will not disclose the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the second quarter of 2026 to the public.
Legal basis
§ 84 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
